Tonya Murray

As a proud West Plains resident for more than 25 years, Tonya Murray has cultivated a deep connection to our vibrant community.
She has been a part of the chamber for more than 6 years, and her current role is Branch Manager of Global Credit Union on Fairchild Air Force Base.
My commitment to service and my passion for people, and making a positive impact, have guided my journey. Global Credit Union has been an amazing advocate for community allowing me to engage in many areas in our fast-growing communities.
When I am not working, I find great joy hanging out with my husband on our small farm and in the gardens and flower beds.
These things bring me back to center and balance me so that I can continue to serve and fill others.
I look forward to all the growth and excitement in the West Plains!

Hi, I’m Jen Jay, your friendly neighborhood Commercial Loan Officer at bankcda!
With nearly 20 years of banking experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge (and a whole lot of heart) to the table.
I’ve proudly called the West Plains home for almost 30 years. It’s where I raised my daughter, built lifelong friendships, and fell in love with this incredible community.
Why do I Chamber? Because supporting local businesses is more than just good business—it’s how we give our community a voice and keep the small-town magic alive, even as we grow.
I’m excited about what’s ahead for our community and can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish together. Here’s to building relationships, creating opportunities, and keeping that small-town heart shining bright.

Keandra Piatt

Company: Christ Kitchen
Keandra was raised in Spokane Valley; choosing to continue her education locally, she went to Spokane Falls Community College and then transferred to Eastern Washington University for a degree in Children’s Studies. GO EAGS!
As the Mission & Community Outreach Specialist for Christ Kitchen, she is able to use her knowledge of families, accessibility, and resilience on behalf of the women and families that are served by Christ Kitchen. She has been with Christ Kitchen since 2022 and is looking forward to the relationships built within the community.
Living in West Spokane now, she is able to enjoy everything this area has to offer like the amazing restaurants, beautiful hiking trails, and the best coffee spots!
When she’s not out with family and friends she is home baking treats or reading a good book! She is looking forward to connecting with those in the community so always feel free to reach out!

Beth Spruill

Company: Elizabeth Spruill Portraiture
Elizabeth "Beth" Spruill is a Spokane, Washington-based artist and photographer specializing in equine and animal portraiture. She studied Art with an emphasis in Photography at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she discovered a passion for oil painting. After a stint as a middle school art teacher, Beth transitioned to a full-time career as an artist and photographer, focusing on capturing the beauty and grace of horses and other animals through her work.
Beth offers a range of services, including custom oil paintings, pet memorial art, and personalized photography sessions designed to create cherished memories for her clients. Her artistic journey is deeply inspired by her lifelong love of horses, which is evident in the subjects of her paintings and photographs.
In addition to her artistic endeavors, Beth is actively involved in community events and workshops aimed at empowering young girls through art and self-expression. She lives in Spokane with her husband and two daughters, and enjoys painting, going on adventures, indulging in Skittles, creating scrumptious sourdough bread, and engaging in fowl discussions with her chickens.

McKenzie DonTigney

Company: Billie's Diner
McKenzie grew up in Lake Stevens. She earned her Bachelors in Business Administration from Gonzaga University (Go Zags!). While at Gonzaga, she fell in love with the Spokane area and decided to make the move to the East Side permanent.
Before opening Billie's Diner, she worked in the corporate food world for ten years. It was during that time she learned how little people know about what goes into their food. In 2020, she decided to do something about it and opened a restaurant that is committed to reconnecting people to where their food comes from.
When she's not working, McKenzie is spending time with her amazing husband and their spunky toddler.
She's passionate about building community and looks forward to getting to know other West Plains businesses!

Megan Dueck

Being a 7^th Generation Medical Lakian (yes, that is a real word) The West Plains will always be my Home and Community and Family.
Graduating from MLHS, I received my AA at Spokane Falls Community College then finished up my BS Degree in Business at Eastern Washington University (Go Eags!)
As a Financial Advisor for Pinecroft Financial Group I love to share with the community our teams Mission to help clients create, conserve, and transition wealth in concert with their values. Empowering and protecting our clients, one person, one family , one business and one generation at a time.
Some of the services the Pinecroft Team of Advisors and I provide include Wealth Management, Business Planning, Investment Solutions, Risk Management Solutions, Executive Benefits Planning, Business Succession Planning and Employee Benefits Planning.
When I’m not working, I find joy in cooking up/ brewing up something tasty, helping with projects, reading from my never ending booklist, and mostly spending time with my wonderful family and friends.
I find happiness meeting new people and learning about ways our community can grow together!
