MONTHLY EVENT SPONSORSHIPS
Monthly Business After Hours and Morning Networking Events can be scheduled to highlight your business! If you'd like to host an event, contact us for details!
After Hours Networking
2025 dates are available for the second Thursday of each month from 4pm-6pm.
You can host the event at your place of business or partner with another member for location.
The most successful events provide finger foods and soft drinks. Attendees are accustomed to having access to a host or no-host bar for other beverages, but it is not required.
Giveaways are always fun too so don't be shy about having a basket or gift card and hosting a business card drawing - plus it's a great way to get contact information from attendees!
Event Structure:
- Event Begins at 4:00pm
- Announcements at 4:30pm
- Chamber Rep Speaks
- Host Speaks
- Business Card Drawing
- Casual Networking Until 6:00pm
After Hours usually draw 30-50 people.

Morning Networking
2025 dates are available for the first Thursday of each month, from 7:30am-9:00am.
You can host the event at your place of business or partner with another member for location.
The most successful events provide lite food options, like pastries, muffins, etc. Attendees are used to purchasing their own coffees or drinks if you're hosting at a restaurant or coffee shop, but certainly appreciate when beverages are provided.
Event Structure:
- Event begins at 7:30am
- Chamber representative speaks
- Host speaks
- Casual networking until 9am
Morning networking usually draws 15-25 people.
Sponsorship: $500

WEST PLAINS BUSINESS RESOURCE SESSIONS
Monthly opportunities for our members to learn from one another.
These sessions are held on the first Wednesday of every month from noon to one at Longhorn BBQ in Airway Heights (off of Sunset Highway).
As a presenter you will have the opportunity to present to our membership. Workshops average 20-25 members and you will have 45 minutes to present.
Please note: this is not a sales opportunity. We ask that you offer solutions or education to our membership and in return you gain exposure and have the opportunity to build trust and relationships with other local businesses.
This is only available to members in good standing. Lunch is available for purchase but not provided.
There is also a sponsorship available for these sessions which is $250 and allows you to bring promotional materials to hand out during networking at the beginning of the meeting and 5 minutes to address the room.
