MONTHLY EVENT SPONSORSHIPS
Every month we host After Hours and Morning Networking Events. If you'd like to host an event you can do so by selected the date that works for you and registering as an event sponsor.
After Hours Networking
Occurs on the second Thursday of every month from 4-6pm
You can host the event at your place of business or partner with another member for location.
As the host, we ask that you provide some sort of small snack for food and typically members are used to having access to a cash bar for beverages.
Giveaways are always fun too so don't be shy about having a basket or gift card and hosting a business card drawing - plus it's a great way to get contact information from attendees!
Event Structure:
- Event begins at 4pm
- Announcements begin at 4:30pm
- Chamber representative speaks
- Host speaks
- Business card drawing
- Casual networking until 6pm
After Hours usually draw 30-50 people.

Morning Networking
Occurs on the first Thursday of every month from 7:30-9am
You can host the event at your place of business or partner with another member for location.
As the host, we ask that you provide some sort of small snack for food like pastries and typically members are used to purchasing their own coffees or drinks if you're hosting at a restaurant or coffee shop.
Event Structure:
- Event begins at 7:30am
- Chamber representative speaks
- Host speaks
- Casual networking until 9am
Morning networking usually draws 15-25 people.

Available Dates:
WEST PLAINS BUSINESS RESOURCE SESSIONS
Every month, we offer the opportunity for our members to learn from one another.
These sessions are held on the first Wednesday of every month from noon to one at Longhorn BBQ in Airway Heights (off of Sunset Highway).
As a presenter you will have the opportunity to present to our membership. Classes are typically 20-30 members and you will have 45 minutes to present.
Please note: this is not a sales opportunity. We ask that you offer solutions or education to our membership and in return you gain exposure and have the opportunity to build trust and relationships with other local businesses.
This is only available to members in good standing. Lunch is available for purchase but not provided.
There is also a sponsorship available for these sessions which is $250 and allows you to bring promotional materials to hand out during networking at the beginning of the meeting and 5 minutes to address the room.

Join us for breakfast on the red turf at Roos field. This is an exclusive opportunity to connect with EWU in a whole new way and start your day with a speech from EWU Athletics and some networking!
October 5th at 11am
Spend your day in Cheney with other members and folks from the community! Enjoy local beer and wine and take advantage of this opportunity to turn networking into friendships. Cheers!
November 20th at 6pm
Our annual Best of the West awards! Celebrate business and community leaders. We'll have plenty of time for networking before the aware ceremony!
