The West Plains Chamber is asking for your brewery to attend annual brewfest in Cheney, WA. The event will take place October 5^th, (Sat) from 11 AM to 7 PM/Sundown held at Sutton Park.

All brewers will be set up in the clearing near the gazebo surrounded by fencing.  We have space for 15 brewers and are requesting you to be one of them.

Please bring four 6^th kegs, two of each product (beer, cider, seltzer, etc.) that will be paid for by the West Plains Chamber of Commerce. Ice will be provided as well as bottled water for brewers and guests. We will have separate tents for each brewery, if you have your own tent that you plan to bring, please let us know.

Glasses will be 6 oz with a 4 oz pour mark and guests will have drink tickets for pours.

WEST PLAINS BEER FESTIVAL 2024 CONTRACT

By submitting the below form, you agree to abide by the rules and details put forth in this agreement and that the information listed below is accurate. 

Cancellations: Either party may cancel within 30 days of the performance and not be subject to a penalty if said cancellation is due to an Act of God or Act o War.

This brewery agrees to the following: 

1. Check-in by 10:30am at Sutton Park (805 Washington St, Cheney, WA 99004)) 
2. Remain at the event until 7:00pm 
3. Submit an invoice for kegs tapped during between 6:00pm and 7:00pm at the event location (or you can send an invoice afterwards to deanna@westplainschamber.org).
4. Breweries also agree to provide the Chamber with a brewery logo for event publicity. Please email to deanna@westplainschamber.org
5. If your brewery plans to have the distributor deliver the beer, payment for the beer delivered from the distributor must be taken care of before beer is delivered. Please have your distributor contact us for payment 

Alcohol Rules & Regulations: 

It is pertinent that these rules be followed; they will be strictly enforced at the event. 

1. Abstain from pouring any alcohol before 11 AM and after 7 PM, in compliance with our event license. Event hours are 11 AM to 7 PM.
2. Abstain from consuming alcohol behind the taps while working the event, in compliance with Washington State liquor laws.

Release - Waiver of Liability: 

In consideration of your accepting this entry, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound hereby, forever release, discharge and hold harmless the West Plains Chamber of Commerce, its officers and board members, event coordinators and volunteers; and the contracted venue, its agents, volunteers and employees from any and all liability for damages, injuries, or loss of any type whatsoever which may arise directly or indirectly as the result of the operation of the Red, Black & Brew Beerfest event. I agree that my participation shall be at my own risk and expense; and that whatever goods, services, entertainment or any other lawful pursuit which I may provide or participate in, to any extent, is at my own free will, expense and exposure unless specified in this contract; and that this RELEASE is given of my own free will and accord. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the West Plains Chamber, and/or their agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the West Plains Chamber of Commerce. The West Plains Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse entry.
