Brewer & Vendor Registration

The West Plains Chamber is taking applications for breweries and vendors to
attend the Cheney Springfest + West Plains Brewfest in Cheney, Washington.


The event will take place May 31st, 2025, (Sat) from 11 AM to 7 PM/Sundown held at Sutton Park in Cheney, Washington.


  • All brewers will be set up in the clearing near the gazebo surrounded by fencing.  Only 12 brewers will be permitted to attend and sample their brews to attendees.


  • Brewers are requested to bring four 6th kegs, two of each product (beer, cider, seltzer, etc.). Kegs tapped on-site will be paid for by the West Plains Chamber of Commerce. Ice will be provided as well as bottled water for brewers and guests. Separate 10'x10' tents will be provided for each brewery. If Brewers intend to provided their own tent, please let us know.


  • Glassware will be provide to ticket holders and will be 6 oz with a 4 oz pour mark. Guests will have drink tickets for pours.

CHENEY SPRINGFEST + WEST PLAINS BEERFEST 2025 CONTRACT

By submitting the below form, you agree to abide by the rules and details put forth in this agreement and that the information listed below is accurate. 

Brewery & Vendor Agreement

Brewers and Vendors agree to the following terms:

  • Check-In:
  • Breweries and Vendors must checked in and set-up by 10:30 AM at Sutton Park (805 Washington St, Cheney, WA 99004).
  • Event Hours:
  • Breweries and Vendors are required to remain at the event until 7:00 PM or sundown, as determined by Chamber Staff.
  • Invoice Submission:
  • Breweries must submit an invoice for kegs tapped during the event between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM at the event location. Alternatively, invoices can be sent to Deanna@WestPlainsChamber.org after the event.
  • Publicity:
  • Breweries and Vendors agree to provide the Chamber with a high-quality logo for event publicity. Logos should be emailed to Deanna@WestPlainsChamber.org.
  • Distributor Deliveries:
  • If the brewery plans to have a distributor deliver beer, payment for the beer must be arranged before delivery. Distributors should contact the Chamber directly to coordinate payment.
  • General Information and/or Rules:
  • Vendors are requested to not teardown or begin pack-up until conclusion of the event.
  • Electricity is not available. Vendor/Brewer supplied generators must be approved by Chamber Staff.

Alcohol Rules & Regulations

The following rules must be strictly adhered to and will be enforced during the event:

  • Pouring Hours:
    Alcohol may only be poured between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM, in compliance with the event license.
  • Consumption:
    Breweries and their staff are prohibited from consuming alcohol behind the taps while working the event, as required by Washington State liquor laws.
  • Only legally licensed brewers may distribute alcohol, within the guidelines of state and federal laws.
  • Alcohol may not be distributed, carried, or consumed outside of the fenced area designated for 'Brewfest' and location of attending breweries.

Release – Waiver of Liability

In consideration of your participation in this event, the undersigned agrees to the following:

  • I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, forever release, discharge, and hold harmless the West Plains Chamber of Commerce, its officers, board members, event coordinators, and volunteers, as well as the contracted venue, its agents, volunteers, and employees, from any and all liability for damages, injuries, or loss of any type whatsoever, which may arise directly or indirectly as a result of participating in the Cheney Springfest + West Plains Brewfest.
  • I acknowledge that my participation is at my own risk and expense. Any goods, services, entertainment, or other lawful pursuits that I may provide or participate in during the event are undertaken voluntarily and at my own expense unless specified otherwise in this agreement. This Release – Waiver of Liability is executed of my own free will and accord.
  • Furthermore, I grant permission to the West Plains Chamber of Commerce and its authorized agents to use any photographs, videos, motion pictures, recordings, or other records of the event for any legitimate purpose.
  • I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the West Plains Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber reserves the right to refuse entry at its discretion.
