This year is tougher than ever for many Washington employers. Inflation, a lack of qualified workers and supply chain disruptions top the list of current challenges.

AWB’s spring member survey shows employers are confronted by several major challenges all at once. The top five concerns are inflation, lack of qualified workers, supply chain disruptions, government regulations and the overall tax burden.

It's the first survey in many years where this many different issues rose to the top of employer concerns.

Nearly 600 employers were surveyed over the last two months. Most are small and medium-sized businesses with fewer than 50 employees. Read more at AWB News.
