Joe

Joe graduated from EWU with a degree in Communications in 2013. Before coming on as Executive Director in April 2015, Joe was a Legislative Assistant for a State Senator and served for five years in the U.S. Army before being medically retired in 2009. Most recently Joe was named a “Rising Star” by the Spokane Journal of Business. (read here)

Steve Wulf

Steve is the Eastern Washington Region Manager for Sunshine Disposal. He was elected to the Board in 2013. Steve has spent more than 25 years in the Solid Waste Industry where he has developed, managed, operated and constructed municipal solid waster landfills, transfer stations, recycling systems and hauling companies throughout the Inland Empire. Steve also holds a BS in Microbiology from Montana State University. In addition to serving as President of the West Plains Chamber Board, Steve also serves on the Board of Directors of Vera Water & Power and is the Vice President of the Idaho Solid Waste Association.

Brandon Haugen

Brandon Haugen

Brandon is the General Manager of the Kalispel Tribal Economic Authority (KTEA) where he directs and operates the Tribe’s wide range of endeavors. KTEA ensures overall economic success and diversification for the Tribe, with the goal of providing stability for essential tribal health care, education and social service needs. Brandon played college football for Wyoming and then went on to earn a masters from Gonzaga in 2011.

John Francisco

John has served the members of Inland Power for over 21 years in every capacity beginning in Finance as a Plant Accountant, doing a ten year stint building the IT function at Inland, managing the construction of Inland’s headquarters campus to LEED Gold standards and now overseeing all power procurement, regulatory compliance, conservation and government affairs. John was elected to the board in 2012.

Doug Kelley

Treasurer

Doug is a Regional Account Executive for Avista Utilities and enjoys closing deals on the golf courses of the Inland Northwest. Doug also serves as the President of the Spokane Sports Commission. Previously he was the President of the EWU Alumni Association. In addition to his long career serving the Inland Northwest Doug was the first Race Director for the annual Lilac Bloomsday Run.

Christine is the President of Northwest Heating and Cooling which she has owned since 2007. Elected to the Board in 2013 Christine has been serving as the Membership Value Chair and the Board Secretary.
